Commercial Kitchen Deep Cleaning in San Luis Obispo
A deeper clean for hardworking kitchens.
Project-based deep cleaning for accessible areas of restaurant, cafe and commercial food-service kitchens. We review the surfaces, buildup, equipment access and downtime before agreeing on the work.
Define the kitchen, surfaces and cleaning window
Kitchen deep cleaning is different from a routine floor visit. A walkthrough helps set clear priorities and identify surfaces that can be cleaned safely without specialist equipment servicing.
- Accessible work surfaces, counters and backsplashes
- Cooking-equipment exteriors and surrounding areas
- Floor cleaning and accessible grease-buildup removal
- Tile and grout cleaning where appropriate
- Reachable shelving and storage-area surfaces
- Cleaning planned around kitchen access and operating hours
Confirm food-safety requirements and preparation
Your facility should identify food-contact surfaces, approved product restrictions and any site procedures before work starts. Food, utensils and sensitive items should be secured, and the agreed cleaning areas made accessible.
Keep equipment and specialist work separate
This service does not include exhaust-hood or duct-system cleaning, grease-trap pumping, fire-suppression work, equipment repairs, utility disconnection or equipment disassembly. It is not a certified hood-cleaning service or a regulatory inspection.
Plan around downtime and access
Tell us when equipment can be safely shut down by your staff, when the kitchen is available and which areas need priority. We agree on access, surface treatments and the cleaning checklist before quoting.
