Cleaning generally works best after moving crews have finished or before new belongings arrive. Share the handover date, expected vacancy and any remaining maintenance work. Access, readiness and scheduling are confirmed before booking; a preferred move date is not an automatic appointment.

Confirm interiors and specialty work separately

Tell us if you want oven, refrigerator, cabinet or drawer interiors assessed, and whether those spaces will be empty. Interior-appliance work, window cleaning, carpet steam cleaning and specialty floor treatments are not assumed to be included in every moving clean. Packing, moving furniture, hauling leftover belongings, repairs and hazardous-material cleanup are outside the standard scope.

Choose moving cleaning or construction cleanup

A home that has just been remodeled may need construction dust removal rather than an ordinary moving clean. Let us know about recent trades, renovation dust and sensitive new finishes so we can discuss the appropriate service instead of under-scoping the work.

Do you offer both move-in and move-out cleaning?

Yes. We can assess cleaning before you bring belongings into a home or after you move them out. Tell us which stage you're at and which areas need attention so we can agree on a checklist.

Does the home need to be empty?

An empty home makes more surfaces accessible. If belongings or furniture will remain, tell us before quoting so we can confirm the accessible areas and any limitations. Moving or hauling belongings is not included.

Are ovens, refrigerators and cabinet interiors included?

Only when specifically agreed. Share which interiors need cleaning, their condition and whether they will be empty. We confirm those items in the scope rather than assuming every interior is part of the standard clean.

Where is move-in and move-out cleaning available?

San Luis Obispo is our primary service area. We also serve Paso Robles and Arroyo Grande, with scope, access and availability confirmed before booking.
