Stripping and waxing versus routine maintenance
Daily cleaning removes loose soil, while stripping removes an existing finish before a new finish is applied. Burnishing is a separate finish-maintenance process and is not a substitute for removing damaged or heavily built-up finish. We assess which approach fits your floor rather than prescribing a full strip for every property.

Can stripping and waxing happen while the area is in use?
The treatment area needs controlled access during the work and while the finish is readying for use. We review your opening hours, furniture clearance and reopening needs before confirming a work plan.
Will waxing repair damaged tiles or remove every scratch?
No. Floor-finish work is not tile replacement, subfloor repair or a guarantee of scratch removal. Existing damage and any limits are reviewed before quoting.
