Start with visibility and access

Storefront entrances, display glass and office windows have different exposure and access conditions. During the quote process, describe the number and height of windows, any obstacles and the sides that need cleaning. Screens, tracks, frames and special glass treatments should be discussed explicitly rather than assumed.

Construction glass needs separate assessment

Glass after a buildout may have construction dust or residue that calls for a different approach than routine window washing. Identify coatings, existing damage or material on the glass before cleaning. Paint, adhesive or mineral-deposit removal is not automatically included in a standard window-cleaning scope.

Can storefront windows be quoted with retail cleaning?

Yes. We can discuss storefront glass alongside retail cleaning while identifying window work separately in the agreed scope.

Are all window heights and access conditions included?

No. Access and safety need to be assessed first. Do not assume high-rise, rope-access or specialist glass-restoration work is included.
