A building contact helps identify visitor-facing spaces, staff areas and restricted rooms. We review the requested service, work window and applicable onboarding requirements before confirming whether we can take on the work.

Review procurement before promising a start date
Yessi's is DIR Registered and Public Works Equipped. Agencies may still require purchasing approval, vendor onboarding, insurance documentation or other conditions before work can begin. Provide the relevant requirements through the agency's normal process. DIR registration does not establish an existing government contract, agency-approved vendor status, security clearance or ability to satisfy every solicitation.
Protect records and restricted spaces
Identify areas that are off limits and agree on escort, entry and supervision procedures. Cleaning does not include handling official records, opening secured storage or moving sensitive equipment. Hazardous materials, evidence areas, detention-specific sanitation and specialist remediation require a different assessment and are not included here.

We can discuss visitor hours, available cleaning windows and escorted access. Timing and staffing are subject to review and confirmation before booking.
