Floor Cleaning in San Luis Obispo

VCT stripping and waxing is project work

When a vinyl composition tile floor needs more than routine upkeep, stripping and waxing may be worth assessing. We review the existing floor and finish, discuss the treatment area and coordinate access. Drying and return-to-use requirements depend on the agreed process; do not assume the space can stay in use throughout.

Cleaning is not a promise of repair

Grout staining, damaged carpet and worn hard-floor finishes are not interchangeable problems. We assess the material and condition and explain the cleaning scope before quoting. Specialty cleaning does not automatically include repairing damaged flooring, sanding wood or guaranteeing removal of every stain.

Common questions about floor cleaning

Can floor care be scheduled separately from janitorial cleaning?

Yes. Specialty floor care can be quoted as its own project or discussed alongside recurring commercial cleaning. The surface, condition and treatment area determine the scope.

Do you offer carpet steam cleaning and tile cleaning?

Yes. We provide carpet steam cleaning and tile and grout deep cleaning. Let us know the material, approximate area and any specific concerns so we can assess the work.

How long must the floor stay out of use?

That depends on the floor and treatment. We will discuss access, drying and return-to-use requirements before scheduling rather than promising one turnaround time for every surface.
